The mRNA spike protein was not the only item discovered in autopsies of those who died shortly after receiving the jab. When combined with insurance records indicating that the spike in mortality had a 1 in 390,632,286,180 chance of occurring spontaneously, this is a dagger through Pfizerâs heart. Germany has unleashed the spike protein bombshell.
Contrary to government claims (and hence widespread opinion), there is no evidence to support the safety of COVID injections. Del Bigtree speaks with attorney Aaron Siri about the several lawsuits his firm has filed to overturn the COVID jab mandates in Episode 298 of The Highwire.
Siri talks about Dr. Kathryn Edwardsâ most recent deposition, a top vaccine researcher who served on Pfizerâs data safety monitoring board (DSMB). The Pfizer vaccineâs security was overseen by this five-person team. A DSMB is meant to be an impartial team of professionals whose job it is to keep track of patient safety and treatment efficacy data while a clinical trial is in progress.
Pfizerâs Not-so-Independent Safety Monitoring Board
Since the DSMB is intended to be impartial, it is critical that each member of the board be completely free from any potential conflicts of interest and independent of the pharmaceutical business whose product they are evaluating, as noted by Siri in the deposition.
In the case of Edwards, she was hired (by Pfizer) to be on the DSMB for their COVID shot after serving as a paid adviser to Pfizer. This fact, in Edwardsâ opinion, is irrelevant because her previous connection had no impact on the work she completed for the board.

âI say what I believe based on my expertise,â she told Siri. âSo, you donât think financial incentive can sway peopleâs judgment at all?â Siri asked. âIt does not sway my judgment, Sir,â she replied. âThen why have an independent DSMB?â Siri asked. âWhy doesnât Pfizer just have some of its employees on it?â
âBecause we are independent; in this assessment, we are independent of Pfizer,â she responded. But how can an independent advisory group be âindependentâ if its members have prior ties to the company?
Another interesting piece from that deposition was Edwardsâ statement that she had reviewed âlots of reactions and adverse eventsâ from the COVID jab trial. Despite this, the public has been repeatedly told that there are no negative reactions. So, what exactly was she staring at? And how did the DSMB find that there are no safety issues despite âa lot of reactionsâ?
Of course, we have some idea of what she was gazing at. Pfizer trial documents1 have been revealed, revealing that the corporation accumulated nine single-spaced pages of âadverse events of special interestâ (see pages 30 through 382), including 1,223 fatal events between December 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021 alone.
A whistleblower who worked on Pfizerâs Phase 3 trial has also come out with information indicating that data were fabricated, patients were not blinded, and follow-up on reported side effects was far too slow. Why were not any of these issues brought up by the DSMB? Was it due to the lack of truly independent DSMB?
What German Autopsy Data Have Revealed
The anonymous writer known as âA Midwestern Doctorâ studied German autopsy data in a mid-December 2022 Substack piece, which demonstrated:3
- The existence of âhighly unusual tissue inflammationâ in individuals who died soon after receiving the vaccine. âPathologists had not observed this phenomena before the COVID-19 vaccines, and they suspected this inflammation would be fatal,â the author writes.
- The presence of COVID spike protein in the deceasedâs tissues, whereas another important component of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was missing. This implies that the virus itself was not a factor; the only probable source of the spike protein was the jab.
According to A Midwestern Doctor, the most current and âmost definitiveâ study on this subject looked at 35 individuals who died within 20 days of receiving the COVID vaccine. Following a comprehensive autopsy study, it was revealed that ten of the deceased died from causes other than the jab.
The majority of the remaining 25 died from causes that have repeatedly been related to vaccination. Five people died from myocarditis, which could have been caused by the shot. The COVID jab was proven to be the unequivocal cause of the myocarditis that led to their deaths in three of those five cases.
As noted by A Midwestern Doctor, âThese results are very important for convicting the vaccines if it can also be proven that a large number of unexpected deaths are occurring following vaccination.â Excess mortality data actually show us that this is the case.
German Insurance Provider Data Show Rise in Doctorâs Visits
A Midwestern Doctor also references data from BKK, a German health insurance organization that covers approximately 10.9 million Germans. Andreas Shöfbeck, a BKK board member, identified disturbing patterns in their statistics, which he reported to the Paul-Ehrlich Institut, a German Federal Ministry of Health institution.
In the period of COVID censorship, no good deed goes unpunished, therefore Shöfbeck was swiftly expelled from the board in recognition of his service to public health and safety. According to the BKK statistics, 2.05% of COVID vaccine users sought medical attention following their vaccination. A Midwestern Doctor goes on:4
âThis concerning safety signal prompted ⊠the AfD [Alternative for Germany, a conservative political party] ⊠to file the German equivalent of FOIA [Freedom of Information Act request] for the rest of the insurance data âŠ
Recently AfD obtained AOK Sachsen-Anhaltâs data, which once analyzed, demonstrated that many of the conditions we associate with COVID-19 injuries noticeably increased when the vaccination campaign initiated ⊠[C]onditions which rose five-fold or more were:â
Largest Insurance Dataset Reveal Rise in Sudden Deaths
The bigger statutory health insurance dataset from KBV, which includes 72 million Germans, shows substantial increases in sudden and unexpected fatalities following the rollout of the COVID vaccines.
The graph below is from data analyst Tom Lausenâs press conference presentation (watch video below; it is in German, but you can activate English subtitles).5Â The press conference was not covered by the mainstream media.
According to A Midwestern Doctor:6
â⊠one way that individuals have analyzed the unusual changes in health following the vaccination campaigns has been to assess how far they fall outside of the expected range of variation âŠ
I did a quick calculation for the above graph and found that 2021âs increase from 2016-2020 was 37.7Ï [sigma], while 2022âs was 41.0Ï. This is quite a big deal (the rarity of an event happening by chance increases exponentially as the Ï increases).
For context, a 7Ï event has a 1/390,632,286,180 chance of spontaneously occurring (it is thought to occur once in a billion years) ⊠(I was not able to find a reference on the probabilities for the even higher Ï events observed here).
Given these numbers, it is very difficult to argue that these events were not caused by something. In this regard, we are also quite fortunate that while the vaccines were rushed to the market over a period of time far too short to establish safety, that process still took a year.
Because of this lag, it is possible to refute the commonly cited argument that these changes were due to COVID-19 or the lockdowns, as these only occurred in 2020 âŠâ
Dramatic Rise in Heart-Related Fatalities
Lausen also showed a graph of German fatalities due to heart disorders per quarter.7,8 These six death certificate codes are all associated with âsudden deathsâ from cardiac causes. As you can see, heart-related mortality more than doubled from the previous year in the first quarter of 2021, and nearly tripled from the five-year average.
Some contend that because few shots were administered in early 2021, heart-related fatalities would not have risen until the second quarter if there had been a correlation. However, other data show a rapid increase in COVID jab doses provided during the first quarter of 2021 (see graph below), so a correlation is not out of the question.
Furthermore, like with all-cause mortality, the fact that heart-related fatalities did not increase in 2020 shows that COVID-19 had nothing to do with the spike in the first quarter of 2021.
Data Analyst Calls for Immediate End to COVID Jabs
Lausen concludes his presentation by calling for the immediate cessation of COVID vaccinations until the link between the shots and death can be proven definitively. He also requests:9
- Autopsies on all who died suddenly to determine what the massive increase is due to
- Mandatory recording of the COVID jab status of all deceased individuals, and the brand used, and regular publication of these data
- Immediate evaluation of the KBV data by German health authorities
- Informing all doctors and the population at large about the increase in diseases being reported post-jab
- Regular publication of KB e V data linked with COVID jab data held by the Paul Ehrlich Institute and the Robert Koch Institute (Germanyâs public health institute)
The Shots Also Have Negative Effectiveness
In addition to being unsafe, the COVID injections are also ineffective by any criterion, which means that after 90 days, both Modernaâs and Pfizerâs shots render you more vulnerable to COVID.
Danish statistics show that Omicron cases among the jabbed increased considerably after three months for both injections, giving Pfizer a negative efficacy of 76.5% at 90 daysâ post-jab and Moderna a negative effectiveness of 39.3%.
According to Chris Martenson Ph.D.âs Twitter posts:10
âIf youâve been vaccinated, and feel like youâve been getting sick more often than your unvaccinated friends, your impression is correct ⊠The only rational, scientific, ethical, and moral response is to #StoptheShotsNow for everyone under 50 who is healthy. Anything less is profiteering, politics, or personal failure. Or assault and/or homicide if youâre a doctor.â
Florida Governor Calls for Grand Jury Investigation
In numerous earlier pieces, I studied data on side effects and excess mortality in the United States, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recently accomplished what many of us have been advocating for in light of that data.
He petitioned the Florida Supreme Court on December 13, 2022, seeking a statewide grand jury inquiry of crimes and violations perpetrated against Floridians in connection with the COVID-19 jabs.11Â According to a news statement issued by the governor:12
âThe pharmaceutical industry and the FDA have refused to release patient-level data for independent researchers.
Meanwhile, the COVID-19 vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna have received FDA approval for pediatric and adult patients and continue to be marketed as safe and effective, even though the vaccines do not prevent transmission and adverse events have been minimized and disregarded by the Biden Administration and Big Pharma.
In response, Governor DeSantis has filed a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines and further recommend enforcement methods.â
Florida Establishes Independent Public Health Committee
DeSantis is also establishing autopsy surveillance of post-jab sudden deaths, and has formed a Public Health Integrity Committee, an independent group of expert researchers âcharged with assessing federal decisions, recommendations, and guidance related to public health and health care ⊠to ensure that Floridaâs public health policies are tailored for Floridaâs communities and priorities.â

According to the governorâs press release:13
âThe Biden Administration and pharmaceutical corporations continue to push widespread distribution of mRNA vaccines on the public, including children as young as 6 months old, through relentless propaganda while ignoring real-life adverse events.
At todayâs roundtable the Governor and health experts discussed data covering serious adverse events. These risks include coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, Bellâs palsy, encephalitis, appendicitis, and shingles.
âHealth care professionals should always communicate the risks of a medical intervention to their patients in a manner that is clinically appropriate and meets standards of ethical practice. President Biden and Big Pharma have completely prevented that from happening â it is wrong,â said Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo.
âWith these new actions, we will shed light on the forces that have obscured truthful communication about the COVID-19 vaccines.ââ
